Dedicated sprint teams work in parallel – designers prototype while developers scaffold code, and QA starts as soon as the first page is built so there’s no “dead time” between stages.

We begin with a structured 60-minute video call where our strategist digs into your commercial objectives, target personas, brand voice and existing analytics. Before the session we review your site’s Core Web Vitals, heat-maps and conversion paths, so the conversation is data-led from the first minute. You’ll leave with:

  • A plain-English summary of where the site leaks revenue (speed, UX, messaging, tech debt).
  • A prioritised wish-list of improvements mapped to projected ROI.
  • A clear project timeline, budget bracket and required assets (logos, product imagery, copy approvals).

Within 24 hours we send a written brief and a Statement of Work so every stakeholder knows exactly what success looks like.

Armed with the brief, our UX team builds interactive Adobe XD prototypes for mobile, tablet and desktop. Each screen shows real copy, hero imagery and dynamic components (sliders, chat widgets, upsell blocks) so you can click through the entire journey. Key activities include:

  • Running a conversion-heuristic checklist against every page template.
  • Positioning CTAs according to visual-hierarchy heat-map studies.

You’ll receive a video walkthrough plus an annotated link for comments within 5 working days. Two prototype rounds are included as standard to fine-tune layout, tone and micro-interactions before code begins.

Our developers convert the approved prototype into a staging site hosted on a temporary URL. Highlights:

  • Set up and develop all plugins and themes on your chosen platform
  • CMS or headless back-end configured for easy content updates and bespoke schema markup for SEO.
  • Integrated GA4, Tag Manager, cookie consent and event tracking for conversions and scroll depth.

You receive fortnightly progress videos and can log in to test flows in real time. Before client testing we run automated accessibility, security and performance tests to catch issues first.  This process will take approximately 15 working days to complete.

Once you’ve explored staging, we host a screen-share review to capture feedback. To keep momentum, we:

  • Collate all comments into a single Airtable tracker, categorised as Must-Fix, Nice-to-Have or Future Phase.

  • Estimate hours and impact for every item so you understand cost/benefit trade-offs.

  • Lock the final change list in writing and obtain sign-off, ensuring no late-stage surprises.

Typical turnaround from feedback to approval is five working days, but urgent tweaks can be shipped in 48 hours when required.

With revisions approved, we move to production-level build and optimisation:

  • Minify, compress and lazy-load assets to hit <200 ms Interaction to Next Paint (INP).

  • Cross-browser and device testing on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, plus iOS and Android.

  • Manual accessibility audit (keyboard navigation, ARIA labels) and penetration scan for OWASP Top 10 risks.

  • Populate live content, set up 301 redirects, and prepare sitemap/xml and robots.txt for launch.

We share a final pre-launch report covering speed scores, accessibility grade, SEO health and schema validation.

Launch day follows a zero-downtime deployment checklist:

  1. DNS & SSL switch-over in off-peak hours to avoid traffic loss.

  2. Real-time monitoring of speed, uptime and error logs via New Relic and Cloudflare.

  3. Post-launch CRO sprint: we run a baseline A/B test (e.g., headline variant) to verify the tracking stack and start generating wins from day one.

  4. 48-hour watch window with on-call support for any snagging.

At the end of week one you receive a performance dashboard showing uplift in page speed, bounce rate, form completions and/or revenue. Finally, we hand over editable documentation, video tutorials and, if you opt in, roll into a monthly CRO retainer so your new site keeps outperforming the market.
